Refund policy

We're committed to your 100% satisfaction. To ensure you get the best product, every batch of product is inspected multiple times before it's delivered to you! Even if we do our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, it is impossible to completely avoid the unexpected. If you find any problem with your product or order, please take a photo of the issue and contact us immediately. We'll follow up with a PuraPharm specialist to assist you promptly with solutions to guarantee satisfaction.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ordercanada@purapharm.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9225 Leslie Street, Suite 205, Richmond Hill, L4B 3H6.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All gift items (if any) must be returned together with the returned products, otherwise the retail value of the gift item as determined by our sole discretion would be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, sale items or gift cards.Β  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at infocanada@purapharm.com.

Title to the product shall remain vested in us until we receive full payment of the price, and title and risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery or collection of the product from us.

We shall under no

circumstances be held liable for any claim, damages, loss (whether direct or

indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or business opportunities or any indirect

or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by

other person in connection with and/or arising (directly or indirectly) out of

the sale and purchase transaction with you.
